All Kontra Products are covered by a Limited Warranty. Visibly used/worn products are not covered.
The Warranty applies to defects that render products inoperable or less than expected quality. This includes product fitting, finishing defects, and compatibility issues. If we determine that the defect is covered, we will replace your product at no charge to you.
To service your warranty, email [email protected] with a description of your defect, your order number for the product in question, and a picture of the defect.
Returns
Returns for full refund are accepted within 30 days of your order’s delivery date if the product is returned unused and in like-new condition. To initiate a return request, email [email protected] with a brief description of your reason for return, and your order number. We may accept or deny your return request based upon the timing and condition of your order. When a return request is accepted, instructions will be provided for return shipping of the item(s). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. Once the returned item(s) are received in acceptable condition, a refund will be processed. Refund processing time may take 5-7 business days from the date the returned package is received. We do not offer returns for international shipments at this time.
Replacements
Replacement parts are available as inventory permits. Please visit us online to find a replacement part at Kontra.store. At times we may discontinue stocking replacement parts for earlier editions of our products. If you do not see the part listed, please contact us via email at [email protected].
Order Cancellations
Requests for cancellation must be received in advance of the item shipping. If your request is received in time, we will cancel your order and fully refund your order. If your order is in processing for shipment, your request will not be accepted.
The estimated shipping date is shown during checkout, however in the event of delays we will notify you by email. Real time shipping rates by carrier and shipping selection are available during checkout. We use real time rates to provide customers more visibility into the cost of shipping, instead of offering a flat rate that may cost customers more money.

We ship our products in plan, unmarked packaging to protect your privacy.
International Shipping Availability & Disclaimer
Kontra’s products are available in the U.S, Mexico, and Canada. Reach out to us at [email protected] to request shipping outside of these areas, and we will work with you to try and ship our products to you.
Kontra is released from liability for packages once they’ve left our facility. In the event delivery is unsuccessful due to circumstances arising from international shipment or customs, the customer is liable for the loss of said package. U.S. customs may charge a tariff to process your package for delivery. In this event, customer will pay this charge. If not addressed within 30 days of notice, your package may be destroyed by customs. Customer assumes responsibility to track their package, and to work with the carrier if the need arises. If you would like signature required service with your package, please contact us at [email protected]. Otherwise, your package will be delivered to the address you input on the shipping page, without further consideration to prevent theft once delivered. If your package is shown as delivered by the carrier’s tracking, but is not received by you, indicating theft, we cannot offer any remedy. We do not offer returns for international shipments at this time.

Preorder Terms & Conditions
These Pre-Order Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the placing of pre-orders (“Pre-Order”) with Kontra (“we”, “ us”, or “Kontra”) for our storage products and other accessories (“Products”). Please read these Terms carefully before submitting your Pre-Order of any Kontra Products. By submitting your Pre-Order, you agree to be legally bound by these terms.
1. Pre-Order Reservation
When placing a Pre-Order for Kontra Products, you will be required to provide certain information, such as your address and billing information. You represent and warrant that all such information is accurate, and you shall ensure that such information is kept current. Kontra shall have no responsibility or liability for inaccurate information or information that later becomes outdated, and shall have no obligation to make efforts to determine the correct contact or shipping information. You can update your information at any time prior to your product being shipped by sending an e-mail to [email protected], or by managing your profile at kontra.shop.
You acknowledge and agree that Kontra may decline or delay reservations to avoid oversubscription or as it deems appropriate, provided that we will make efforts to inform you within two (2) weeks of our receipt of your Pre-Order, and that you will be entitled to a full refund of the purchase Price.
2. Payment
You will be charged the full Price of the Products at the time of placing the Pre-Order. If Kontra is unable to commence shipping the Products on or before the one-year anniversary of your placing the Pre-Order, Kontra shall process a full refund to you. Your placing of a pre¬order constitutes your express agreement to Kontra of charging the full Price of the Products at such time.
3. Priority
Kontra will build Products according to the order in which the Pre-Order is received. This position does not imply receiving a particular number associated with your Products. If you cancel or forfeit your reservation in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, your position will be taken by the next person on the Product reservation list. Notwithstanding the foregoing, you acknowledge and agree that we may need to build and use Products for a variety of purposes, such as in-house and third-party testing, evaluation, and display prior to fulfilling Product reservations. Furthermore, we may in our discretion prior to fulfilling Product reservations offer for sale to the public (for instance, by auctioning off) a limited number of Products. Please consult our website or our newsletter for more information about such events.
4. Delivery Schedule
Although we will make efforts to begin delivering Products as soon as reasonably practicable, you understand and agree that there may be delays. An estimated time of delivery (ETD) is only an estimate, is subject to change, and Kontra does not represent or warrant that it will be able to ship the Product by the estimated date. As a result, in the event that a delay arises and the estimated shipment and/or release of the product is not met, Kontra is not responsible for any damages that may occur due to the delay, nor shall it be obligated, except as set forth in these Terms, to provide any discounts, refunds or credits due to any such delays. We will provide you periodical updates with respect to such delivery schedule. If for any reason you decide that you do not wish to continue to wait for your Product, you may cancel your reservation as provided for in Section 6 below.
5. Price
The purchase price (“Price”) does not include taxes and other government charges, which are your responsibility. If the Price drops after you have pre-ordered, we will refund you the difference. If the Price goes up, your order is secure at the low Price. The Pre-Order Price is valid from the moment you place the Pre-Order right up to 10 days after you receive the item. 6. Cancellation
You or Kontra may cancel the Pre-Order at any time for any or no reason prior to your product being ready for delivery. If you cancel your order prior to our notice of delivery, you will obtain a refund of the purchase Price without interest. If Kontra cancels your order you will receive a full refund of the purchase Price without interest (and you will not pay any processing fee).
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL KONTRA BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT. IN THE EVENT KONTRA IS HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WILL BE THE FULL REFUND OF YOUR PURCHASE PRICE WITHOUT INTEREST.
8. Terms and Conditions of Sale
The purchase of the Products is subject to additional terms and conditions provided by Kontra, including in respect of any software included in the Products or intellectual property embodied in the Products or data collected by the Products. The current Terms and Conditions of Sale can be found in the footer of the checkout page and are subject to change without notice. Your purchase of the Product will be subject to these terms and conditions and the refund policy.
9. Age and Residency
You acknowledge that you are at least 21 years old, are a resident of the Unites States, and will take delivery of your Product in the United States.
10. Customer Information
We will use any information that we may collect about you only in accordance with our privacy policy.
11. DISCLAIMER.
KONTRA DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO THE PROTOTYPE PRODUCT DISPLAYED BY KONTRA WHETHER BEFORE OR AFTER YOU HAVE PLACED THE PRE-ORDER. YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT THE PRODUCT, ITS DESIGN AND TECHNICAL FEATURES ARE CURRENTLY UNDER DEVELOPMENT AND THAT THE PRODUCT THAT MAY BE AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE BY YOU MAY BE MATERIALLY DIFFERENTLY FROM THE PROTOTYPE PRODUCT. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH THE FINAL VERSION OF THE PRODUCT, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY WILL BE TO CANCEL YOUR PRE-ORDER AS DESCRIBED IN SECTION 6 ABOVE.
12. Changes to the Terms
Kontra reserves the right to change any of the terms for any or no reason. We will provide notice of any material changes and, if you are unhappy with such changes, your sole and exclusive remedy will be to cancel your order as described in Section 6 above.
